L.A. fresh produce markets and food stamps

About a year ago, we told you about the So Fresh FAME market in Los Angeles, an open-air market at a local church parking lot in a food desert. Coast President (and PMA board member) Jin Ju Wilder had noted that the market didn’t qualify for SNAP (formerly food stamps).
